2010 MLB ALL STAR PROJECT

Magical Builders has partnered with Major League Baseball and the Angels Baseball Foundation to construct the MLB and Angels All-Star Complex at Pioneer Park, leaving a lasting legacy for the youth of Anaheim. The project, which is a part of the "Going Beyond" charity and community service theme for the 2010 MLB All-Star Summer in Anaheim, CA, will consist of the reconstruction of a youth baseball and softball field and the construction of a new Miracle League Field, which will provide opportunities for special needs children to play baseball, including children in wheelchairs.

In addition, Magical Builders will be working with Major League Baseball and the Angels Baseball Foundation to renovate the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Ana, CA. This project will include the construction of a youth softball/baseball field, an interactive outdoor garden, landscaping, and renovations to the club's interior. The Santa Ana Boys & Girls Club serves approximately 1400 children each year and promotes the positive and healthy development of youth, especially from disadvantaged circumstances, by providing services in a safe environment that build the skills, civility and self-confidence necessary to succeed in a competitive world.

MISSION STATEMENT:

Magical Builders is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization formed with the mission of unifying people to advance the well being of children and their communities.

INSPIRATION:

The inspiration for Magical Builders came from the founders' children, who decided that instead of receiving presents for the holidays, they wanted to give "gifts" to friends in need. As a result, Magical Builders utilizes the power of "children giving to children" in all of its initiatives.

PHILOSOPHY:

By improving the lives of underprivileged children, we will greatly strengthen our communities.

Magical Builders Initiatives:

Magical Builders is achieving its mission through various community-based programs:

Magical Builders™ Renovation Projects
Magical Builders partners with community children, local and national businesses and volunteers to renovate and improve the facilities of children's non-profit organizations across the country.

Magical Builders worked along with Major League Baseball and the St. Louis Cardinals to refurbish and "green-up" the Herbert Hoover Boys & Girls Club (Sportsmen's Park Unit) and the St. Louis Department of Parks Recreation & Forestry Youth Center (12th & Park Roller and Recreation Facility). The projects took place July 9-14 during the 2009 MLB All-Star Break in St. Louis, MO.

Kids 4 Kids
The Fifth Annual Kids 4 Kids Event was JAMMA JINGLES hosted by the Phoenix Suns Dancers and Magical Builders. There are approximately 2000 children living in abuse shelters and foster care group homes throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Magical Builders successfully raised over 2000 new warm PJ’s for these children during the holidays.
